Progress means responsibility

At Klöcker, environmental protection is more than just a mandatory program: It is an essential part of our
corporate culture. For us, sustainability means using natural resources consciously, closing cycles,
and balancing ecological responsibility with economic success. This self-image has always shaped
our actions and motivates us to pursue innovative ways of protecting the climate for future generations.

Sustainable development demands that we protect both
the environment and those who depend on it.

Collecting

The excess material
from the injection-molded products is collected and
sorted.

Preparing

After being shredded,
the granulate is
removed from dust and thoroughly cleaned.

Recycling

The recycled material

is mixed with primary
material and processed
into  a new product.

Green quality

An environmental management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015

ensures efficient use of raw materials, ecological optimization of production processes, and the targeted closure
of material cycles. Even during product development, we pay attention to materials that can be easily recycled and reused. In this way, we actively conserve natural resources and promote sustainable business practices.
One example of this is the recycling of excess material from our *injection molding products.
It is shredded, cleaned, and reused in the production process. In this way, we create a
sustainable material cycle and consistently reduce waste.

*Only material residues for selected product groups are recycled. Products that must meet particularly high standards of stability and quality are excluded from the recycling cycle. They are manufactured exclusively from pure material. Furthermore, the reuse of recyclable materials from medical technology is not permitted. Due to the hygiene regulations that apply in this area, recovery is not allowed.
